Susan Irving is an industry leader with a passion for brands and a reputation for delivering business results through strategic integrated marketing campaigns. As CMO for Kruger Products, Susan is responsible for leading the marketing team to set the vision, strategic direction, and drive business performance for all Kruger Products brands and marketing activities in Canada and the United States.

Susan is an accomplished, award-winning senior marketing executive with more than two decades of experience leading many successful and well-known brands at Warner-Lambert, Coca-Cola, and PepsiCo. She has received numerous industry accolades across North America and globally, including multiple Cannes Lions awards. In 2025, she was named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winners by the Women’s Executive Network (WXN). In 2026, she was recognized as a recipient of The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business Best Executive Awards.

Susan is the current Jury Chair for The Globe and Mail Cannes Young Marketers Competition and a member of The Globe and Mail Cannes Advisory Board. She served as the 2024 North American and Global Grand Prix Jury Chair for the WARC Awards in association with Cannes Lions. In addition, Susan has judged numerous industry award shows, including the 2023 Cannes Lions Entertainment Sports Jury; delivered keynote speeches at conferences across North America; serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Marketing Association; and is Board Chair of Canadian Women & Sport.
