Kimberlee Welch is a seasoned marketing leader with a passion for driving purpose-led partnerships in the sports industry. With nearly 20 years of experience in integrated marketing, she is currently serving as Head of Partnership Marketing and Media Integration for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, and Toronto Argonauts at Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE). Prior to joining MLSE, Kimberlee worked at some of the top creative agencies in Canada such as Dentsu, BBDO, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and UNION (now Doner North) where she honed her passion and skill in strategic thinking.

Kimberlee has established a reputation for leveraging the power of sports to create meaningful connections between brands and communities championing the power of sports to uplift communities and grow the game. She is particularly passionate about mentoring and empowering the next generation of leaders in sport and marketing and her commitment is reflected in her leadership of the team’s employee engagement strategy, with a particular focus on women and mothers. Kimberlee’s efforts have not only enriched the workplace culture at MLSE but have also created pathways for aspiring women professionals in the industry.
