A well-rounded practitioner and leader, Bailey began his career in brand advertising, was an early adopter of digital marketing and platforms as consumer behavior shifted and has worked across almost every discipline in the marketing and advertising space including social media, influencer marketing, CRM and data.
With c-level roles at all of the major holding groups at agencies like FCB, BBDO, Proximity, Bailey most recently built WPP’s The&Partnership in North America from scratch to a circa $100 million business. This new agency model fused data, media and creativity into one streamlined offering, delivering more effective results with noticeable efficiencies for clients like The Wall Street Journal, Coca-Cola, Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, Toyota, and TELUS, to name a few.
A thought leader on the marketing impact of AI and regular speaker on the future of advertising and marketing, MediaPost named him a Creative Allstar in 2018 and he’s one of AdAge’s prized top 40 under 40 talents.
